Another good week has come and gone faster than the last. My mind just cannot wrap around how time flies on the mission. I look back to before the mission and one month was a long, long time, but here on the mission it feels like one jam packed week haha. First things first, Happy birthday to the lurp nation Caiden, haha. No, I am just messin', but really, happy birthday bud. I can't believe you are going to start learning how to drive. I still remember the time where I had to yank the wheel back so we would get back on to the road ha. Good camping times. Now your going to start driving without me right by your side so be careful haha. We are teaching a few kids your age right now and it is so weird for me to think that you are that same age. Sounds like the fam had a good time partying yesterday. Sounds like you kinda wore out dad a little ha. Don't be getting sick and stuff on me Dad. I hope that everything is just going swell back there in the great place of Orem. Out here I call Orem síon, ha, or Zion. I just love that place. It's so good to hear about all these missionaries heading out on the mish. There is no better place than on the mish and no better mish than 'la gran misíon Chile Osorno' ha. It's good to hear that you are still hanging with the Stewart family. I sure do love them. They are like my other family. Along with all the families of my friends. I have the best friends and their families are all amazing. I was and am so lucky for all them. Mom, please tell everyone of them that you see that I love them ( if they aren't already reading this.)
Ok, now for a few of the questions to answer. Yes Mom, I am taking good care of myself. Elder Turner hasn't been feeling the greatest the last few days, but we haven't stopped working hard. I am eating fine. I eat lots of fruits and oatmeal with yogurt, so don't worry about that. Yes, all my belongings are holding up just fine. The insides of my shoes are showing wear but that's about it. Everything is still working good though. The Spanish is going really well. Still learning lots but I am more comfortable with understanding people now. I am still working on speaking about other stuff than the Gospel but I have seen that I can explain things a lot better and I am kinda just thinking in Spanish now. It is so weird haha. The weather is starting to get colder. In the mornings it is pretty cold but then it gets pretty warm during the day. I can tell that we are heading for winter though, woo woo haha.
I think I just answered most of your questions. Now for a little about what is going on down here. We worked hard this week but we didn't have the best week we have ever had. We didn't have a baptism which was a bummer, but the good thing is that we are looking to have 3 THIS WEEK! WOO WOO, I am so excited. This week is going to be probably the best week of my mission; let me just lay it out for you. First, we have some sweet goals to find some new investigators using a lot of the members and inactive members. So I am so excited to start this week. Then, Friday we have Zone conference. I think the general authority of Chile is coming, so that will be sweet. Then, right after the conference we are going to have 3 baptisms oh yeah!!! Then the next two days are conference. I have never been so stoked for conference in my whole life. Every time me and Elder Turner talk about it we both get so excited! By the way we act you would think that we were going to play in the state championship this weekend. It's even better though. I am stoked. Missionary work is just the best thing ever. I have never been so excited in my life to go out and work our bums off. All I want to do is go do some work and get better at it. There are so many things to improve. It's so exciting to find better ways to do things. What a life!!! Well, that's about it from down here south.
I love you all so much and I am so grateful for everyone of you. I do have one thing to ask of you Dad. If you could look up a talk given by F. Enzio Busche in the BYU Devotional 14, May 1996. I really want it. If you could send it in an email I would be so happy. Elder Hamblin showed it to me a long time ago and I forgot to ask for it. As well, if you could look up Bryce Herman on facebook and add him and get his email and put him on my list for this email that would be great. I love you all.
